Q: Where is the event?

Q: Are there reduced-rate rooms available?
A: Yes, there is a limited number of rooms available at $119. Call the Hotel to make your reservation. If no rooms are available, call Cheryl at Family Council (662-4160) and we ill try to get additional rooms added. Reservations need to be made by Octotber 21.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Follow the signs to the north-side event parking and park near the ballroom entrance. Parking is free.
Q: What does my $125 ticket include?
A: Free beer, wine and appetizers during the “cocktail” hour; a full dinner and dessert, and live music and dancing to country music of Will Banister and the Modern Day Ramblers. (www.willbanister.com)
Q: How can I buy tickets?
A: You can use the “Donate” button on LAFC website to buy tickets through Paypal or call 662-4160 and charge tickets over the phone. All LAFC Board members also have tickets.
Q: What’s the attire?
A: Dress-up western
Q: What items are being auctioned?
A: There are many silent auction items. Photos on the “Silent Auction” Page. There’s something for everyone!
Q: I need special accommodations (e.g., wheelchair). Whom should I inform?
A. Buffalo Thunder is very good on handicap accessibility. There is handicap parking just outside the ballroom entry and you will be on a flat surface the entire evening.
Q: Is is okay to bring my children?
A. This is an adult affair. While there is no age limit, there will be no activities for children and no child care available. If children do attend, they also need a ticket.
